"Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. Laktose) wird stets Rücksicht genommen. Das Frühstück ist äusserst reichhaltig, lecker und abwechslungsreich! SPA Bereich top mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Berge. "

"De passage à Bolzano sans vouloir rentrer dans le centre-ville, je vous conseille cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l'accueil, la chambre et la SDB (grandes et très propres), le lit (très confortable), la piscine et le jaccuzi, le petit-déjeuner. Il est très facile de se garer dans les rues autour de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous passons à nouveau par Bolzano."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, richtig tolle Spalandschaft. Wermutstropfen: kaum gute Restaurants im Ort, Baustelle gegenüber und unverhältnismäßige Abgabe für den Hund (29€/Tag) - auch wenn ansonsten sehr hundefreundlich. "

"The property is so incredible we extended after being onsite about an hour. Spa facilities, food, rooms, customer service, presentation and attention to detail was exemplary. We elected for half board and it was incredible and great value. Cannot wait to return. "
