Luckily, the staff called us in advance to double-check whether we had noticed that the apartment was located in a separate building – we hadn’t, so we really appreciated the heads-up. Our room was upgraded to a spacious one, which was absolutely gorgeous – two floors with a beautiful view over the castle and the river. Breakfast was great. The staff were helpful and kind, and the location was very convenient for visiting the Verona Arena, yet situated on the calmer side...

"A classy hotel, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with kettle, coffee and teabags to make own drink. Lovely bathroom with handy extras like hod quality toiletries and non-slip bathmat. Fantastic breakfast with a huge choice, perfect for me as a vegan. The chickpeas in smoky tomato sauce were especially delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially on reception when arranging a car to the airport. I was with friends and there were spaces to meet as a group which we appreciated....
