"Lovely hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The free shuttle makes it a great choice. Lauren on reception was super friendly and helpful for our short stay. We requested two rooms together and she went out of her way to help us. Lovely breakfast, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent cocktails in the bar in the evening, somebody behind the bar definitely knows what they are doing. Recommended."

"The staff here were very bad. The room was not available at check in time, even though the hotel was not very busy. We were denied a late checkout in the most abrupt way I’ve seen at a hotel. They said no, and when I started trying to explain that we didn’t get access to our room until late, then had noisy people above us (very thin ceiling) causing us not to get much sleep, the woman hung up on me. The facilities (pool, beach) were run down. You have to walk through a long, dark, dank/musty...

"Staff was always super helpful and very accommodating! They made sure that the guests were stressed free and they would take care of our problems while staying there and they sure did! They helped out figuring the timing of our train from Sorrento to Napoli Central and even helped us get a ride to get picked up from the hotel to the train station in Sorrento. Loved everything about this place and would totally book again!"

"Wonderful well priced hotel, great pool/outdoor area and friendly staff. The free shuttle runs to and from town hourly, I would have preferred and bit more often, but it was still a great service to have available as taxis are so expensive there."

"Everything was amazing - the view is unbeatable and Praiano is such a sweet little town. A lot less crowded than positano but also still close enough you can get there 10 minutes by water taxi. Hotel Margherita has 2 amazing and delicious restaurants (must try both!) and the breakfast is amazing too! Staff is very friendly and accomodating as well. Highly recommend this hidden little gem!!"

"Great location- very close to restaurants and the beach, walkable to the main area in Sorrento. Very comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. More than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."
