"The hotel is new, modern, and absolutely beautiful. However, it is located far from the city centre, and we have to take a streetcar and a bus to get there. The breakfast was excellent, and our room 103 was spacious with two gorgeous terraces. However, this beautiful room has a tiny shower, which is difficult to use even for petite women like me. I was surprised that such a large project could have made this architectural mistake."

"Wir waren zum Ende unserer Flitterwochen im Winter Garden. Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens mit einem noch schöneren Wellnessbereich. Die Einlassregelung fanden wir sehr angenehm, dadurch wurde es auch nicht zu voll. Tip: bei Interesse vorher kontaktieren. Parkmöglichkeiten top, Kommunikation vor Ort sehr angenehm, besonders im Spa Bereich. Auch das Shuttle zum Flughafen haben wir mehrfach mit Gästen gesehen. Top Service. Gerne wieder!"

"The property is nice. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous. I could not have stayed a second night there without AC. You couldn’t open the windows as the street noise was too loud with...

"Hotel and room were clean overal. Good location. Staff was quiet and a bit reserved, not overly friendly. Not unfriendly but not overly welcoming. The duplex room is a no-go; no view whatsoever, upper part of the room too hot and AC could not handle. Bed very comfortable. Elevator too slow every time. Nice esthetics overall, good location, but that’s it."

"Small hotel connected to a great restaurant. All staff very friendly and multi lingual. Able to leave bags at reception. Beautiful terrace and garden restaurant - hotel residents get a discount. Amazing location right next to Piazza Vecchia. Superior rooms basic but adequate."

"Emplacement un peu isolé mais au calme et avec nombreuses places de parking gratuit. Par contre, j’avais pris un chambre confort au lieu de celle de base et on était au 1er étage juste au-dessus de l’entrée, ce qui fait qu’on entendait tous les bruits du parking mais surtout les portes d’entrées. Bien pour quelques jours (nous, 5 nuits)."
