"The location was good…however, access to the property was a complete nightmare. The fact the it wasn’t staffed is completely unacceptable…I would not recommend to first time Rome travels. You’re basically renting an expensive room…zero amenities. It’s a youth hostel for adults."

"The apartment was a good size and had nice large windows. But the kitchen section was pathetically small, barely good enough to make a drink at. The cleaning supplies in the kitchen did not include a cleaning spray. Given how large the apartment was, the kitchen and shower room could both have been bigger. A fan in the room would have been good, the air con worked but a fan would have been enough cooling for September. Something else. The laundry room for the building only had 1 washer, 1...

"This is a premier property in the heart of Verona. Being off the main walkway provided a quiet setting. Balcony with table and chairs was nice. The bed was lovely and the kitchen was well appointed. Deserves all five stars."

"Het was heel dicht bij het station. Dat was een groot voordeel ook dichtbij lekker restaurantje. Jammer dat de kamer maar gepoetst wordt bij verblijf van acht nachten. Wij waren er zeven en ook de handdoeken worden niet ververst. Dat is wel een minpuntje."

"This place was great, I would definitely stay again. I had spent the previous night in Milan in a luxury hotel, but I enjoyed my first Numa experience much more. The room was great size, brand new furnishings, big balcony, good kitchen and it was great to have a washing machine. The app was very good and easy to use, the facilities were also clean and good. Very safe and the area was a nice local area with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. I will definitely use again Numa."
