"The hotel is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants around, and main attractions within easy walking distance. Also a very good breakfast. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent front desk staff. Martina provided excellent service via email prior to our stay to arrange transportation to Trieste, and was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Harley also helped with travel arrangements prior to our actual stay, and responded immediately to every email. Last, but...

"Excellent property, was travelling with 3 girls stress free location 2 minute walk from drop off of the vaporetto dock, walking distance to everything so central and super safe. The hotel was amazing the staff was super kind and friendly made us feel so welcome , the room was very clean spotless, comfortable beds , very good AC . The breakfast was awesome a variety of everything very fresh, the staff prepared us every morning a really good cappuccino with a smile. Definitely will come back to...

"The hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived the hotel had a fantastic ambience. The door is right on the main canal and the local ferries drop at the stop just a few feet away. "The hotel was beautiful and service terrific! At the last minute I had to change my plans and leave earlier because of air travel delays and the person at the desk got me immediately connected to a taxi company while the bellhop walked me to the taxi spot. I can’t say how appreciative I was for the quick service."

"First off, let me start by saying that anyone who left a bad review of this hotel is a pretentious snob. The hotel, staff and service were all top notch. From the greeting the moment we arrived to a staff that went above and beyond catering to us, this place was amazing. We lucked out being able to upgrade our rooom to a balcony with a canal view WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!! The location was perfect. Close to all the cool historical sights and about a 3 min walk from any food you can imagine. "
