"A very welcoming hotel, with extremely friendly and attentive staff. The location is perfect, the surroundings are quiet, and the room was very comfortable and cozy.
Breakfast was also a great highlight, with safe options for guests with celiac disease and lactose intolerance.
We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Milan!"

"We had a premium room that slept 3 people comfortably. Room was clean and cleaned daily according to our schedule. Mini bar ameneties were free (water, beer, snacks).
Very nice bathroom with excellent shower. Elevators worked well, we were on 19th floor and rarely had to wait. Hotel breakfast and restaurant were good. Even had a few computers so if you needed to work you had ability. Hotel is well located next to metro stop so easy and cheap access to centre of Naples. We had a great 5 night...

"It is a good hotel well located for the Metro.
The hotel is efficient and effective in the Milanese way.
The staff were great especially in the breakfast room.
There is an outdated charm about the place, like the room keys.
