"Le meilleur hôtel que l’on ait fait à Bali sur notre séjour total de 10 jours. L’hôtel propose une réelle immersion dans la nature, au calme. Il nous offre aussi la possibilité de mieux découvrir la culture locale. Chaque villa est bien isolée en offrant une vue incroyable. Le personnel est complètement aux petits soins, avec une grande gentillesse. Les restaurants sont vraiment bons et les masseuses du spa m’ont proposées les meilleures massages du séjour."

"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy. "I requested something out of the box (a surprised “hello Kitty” theme upon check in to surprised my wife and daughter). They made a hello Kitty feature with some leafs and flower. That was amazing and something they don’t really need to fulfill my crazy request. But they did it and we appreciate it. What an unforgettable trip for our family "
