"Spacious room with high ceilings, carved wooden door, balcony facing the rice fields, tiled flooring kept clean throughout the stay, large bathtub. Electric mosquito repellent provided, 2 bottles of water every day. The breakfast was pretty good and comes with a fruit platter and tea/coffee/juice, and we got the chance to order something different every night from their menu. Free shuttle (with 15-20min notice) to and from Ubud central, which was helpful as the location is some distance away. ...

"I stayed in a traditional Balanis bungalow which was basic but had a certain amount of charm about it' if you like that sort of thing. Outside shower and toilet started to ware thin after my three day stay' but all part of the experience. Staff were great and location wise you are close to everything. Overall l was happy with my decision to try something slightly different. "
