"Die Zimmer sind war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Die Betten empfanden wir als sehr bequem und dank der guten Schallisolierung hat man die im Landeanflug über das Hotel fliegenden Flugzeuge kaum gehört. Wir hatten da bei der Ankunft echt Bedenken und ich konnte sogar ohne Ohrenstöpsel schlafen - das will echt was heißen. Das Frühstück war ok. "

"The hotel that looks after everything - the place you stay at when you didnt know you needed to stay. Very efficiently designed - everything I needed plus more. Spotlessly clean & tidy. Quiet location. Very basic amenities though - I would have appreciated a shower cap or something!"

"This hotel is situated in the airport area with 5 minutes walk from terminal 2 arrival hall. On site coffee shop is the best alternative to the airport food shops. Room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Sound insulation is excellent to fend off almost any noise from the runway. "

"This is such a nice hotel for a fair price in a very convenient location to the Heathrow airport. The hotel staff were very helpful. We had an issue reading the last number on our room card and one of the staff noticed in the hallway looking lost and helped us decipher it. hahah The front desk people were also very kind; offering advice on safety and currency as two young female travelers. I especially loved the kiosk to order an uber to the hotel! So helpful when jet lagged and not having it...

"I was not happy with calling staff from room. They never answered the phone. Not Happy the restaurant ,icon bar and room service was all different. Menu was different and ended early or different times.I had to order uber eats for my teenagers.Also wish my 16 year old was able to use the gym without me."
