"It’s a beautiful property. All staff were very attentive and friendly :) My family and I agree this is our home away from home. The amenities are great along with its location. It comes equipped with a kitchenette plus an option to use one of the properties grills for a BBQ! Heated pool and hot tub available. oMG! Was forgetting the movies available for checkout and they have a popcorn machine available as well. Truly a place to check out in a solo, couple, or a family trip. "

"Room was very clean. Staff was friendly, but for some reason, they can’t get their act together about parking. They said it was $27 for valet parking but have no other options to self park or pay to park on their property. One person even suggested I park on a different property, which was weird."

"We had a great stay! The room was clean and warm. The staff was great, and they answered our questions well; they were also kind people in general. We arrived late due to the snow and had called ahead to prepare ourselves. Seems they already have a system for people who are coming late, just make sure you call them ahead of time! Great place, will definitely book with them again when we come back."

"Overall, a really good experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I originally booked through Expedia but had to cancel due to a severe storm. Expedia declined the refund, but the hotel manager was gracious enough to let me reschedule—huge points for customer service. The hotel itself is super cute with a modern vibe. Pros include a great lobby with excellent coffee and a full bar. Their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus also looked solid, though we didn’t get a chance to dine there. The location is fantastic—less than a 10-minute walk to Heavenly’s gondola and close to shops and restaurants in a very lively area. The main con was that the room was pretty basic. There was no coffee machine, which was a bit of a bummer. That said, we did receive two free non-alcoholic drink tickets for booking through Expedia, which we used for lattes—and they were delicious. We stayed in Building 6 where the suites are located, so it’s across the street from the lobby and hot tub. Not a huge deal, but I would have preferred being closer to the main amenities. Overall, a solid stay and I would recommend it."
