The room air conditioner was far too noisy. There were ants crawling into the bathroom in the morning. The sliding glass door to the balcony was locked and blocked. We liked the new remodeled shower in the bathroom.

Gold Miners Inn Grass Valley, an Ascend Collection Hotel
It was clean and a great value. We were pleased. Staff was great. It includes happy hour and breakfast as well.

Great customer service and support for sure. However, the cabin was dusty, the knotted flooring had small holes that exposed what appeared to be a dirt foundation. We arrived late to check in. Cabin was ready for us. It's a cute cabin and looked clean. When we woke up the next morning we noticed how many mouse dropping that we around the cabin. Everywhere.
