"There was almost no parking available, the AC unit labels were missing, making it difficult to know what buttons you pushed, the room next to us was playing loud music until 2 am, and the door to the room did not close unless locked and we had to shove 2 chairs against it to make sure it stayed shut."

Another issue, my key card was not working in our room door When we went to ask the attendant about it, she was short with me and the only way I would be allowed in is if I had my ID, thankfully I had it on me and we were able to be let in. "We spent 5 nights at this hotel. The highlights for me was the workout room, pool, and lounge. We only ate breakfast once. The bar menu was delicious. We had the chicken eggrolls, quesadilla, and wings. We rate all three 10 out of 10. My only concern was a charge for candy, soda, and chips charged to my room. Neither me or my husband purchased. I asked the front desk clerk. She seemed dismissive. Other than that, no complaints"

They allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.
