"Right from the beginning of the stay, Check-in was a breeze and the lovely lady who checked me in was so nice and welcoming!
Room was beautiful and clean, as always. Love this place. My only Go To place when in Tahoe. Thank you for your hospitality!"

"The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers."
