Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"Guillermo, the waiter at the restaurant was very helpful and nice. Everyone overall was rated highly rated overall. Service was beyond expectations. I would come back to Punta Cana and stay at the same hotel. Baby face and all entertainment team members were very nice and accommodating."

Occidental Caribe All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing stay and great staff, one of the lobby bars with omar was an amazing spot and he’s a great bartender. Yamile is quick and efficient with waiting staff, and the butler stuff is wonderful. Randy and Mikail did anything and everything we asked and were constant help."

Grand Palladium Select Bávaro - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort! Rafael was extremely helpful throughout our visit. He assisted us with restaurant reservations, coordinated changes to our arrival dates due to unexpected flight issues, and helped arrange an extended stay upon our request. Thanks to his support and excellent coordination, we were able to complete all our planned activities and enjoy our vacation to the fullest. The resort was clean and well-maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the activities. Special thanks to Rafael for making our experience smooth, comfortable, and memorable. Highly recommended!"

Serenade All Suites - Adults Only Resort - All inclusive

8/10 Good

"Unfortunately, I only stayed at this resort for one day, but the wonderful staff made it memorable! I arrived around 12:30 PM and was greeted by the doorman, who efficiently handled my luggage. As an Expedia Platinum member, I expected complimentary early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. However, Lessith at reception couldn't locate my Platinum status. Although somewhat helpful, I had hoped she would make more of an effort. I requested a manager, but none was available. Thankfully, she referred me to Oscar in Guest Services, and I'm SOOOOO glad she did! Oscar was AMAZING! He assured me I'd come to the right person, and he was right! He arranged check-in two hours early and checkout one hour later, both complimentary! While he worked his magic, he suggested the lobby bar. The staff went above and beyond to find a HUGE Dominican Republic flag for my Instagram photo! A special shout-out to Charlenis, who assisted me the most. Her incredibly warm personality, kindness, and enthusiasm made the experience even better! Mario, the bellman, was also extremely courteous and helpful, explaining the resort's layout while escorting me to my room. Throughout my stay, I was greeted with smiles and friendly "¡Holas!" Despite the initial hiccup, Oscar, Charlenis, and Mario made my brief visit special. I hope management recognizes these wonderful employees! Overall, ¡muy bien! ¡Muchas gracias! 🇩🇴"
