"Stayed here for the Sick New World Festival on 4/25/26. Check-in was easy, which was one of the few positives. I booked two non-smoking rooms, but both rooms reeked of cigarettes and mold. The safety box in the room was locked, so we were unable to use it. Neither room had a refrigerator, and our main room had no coffee maker, although I likely would not have used it anyway. The TV barely worked. There was also no hotel guide or information booklet in the room to help with locating amenities,...

"Air quality in the room is stuffy, stale air. Had severe sinus issues after the first night. The room is pretty clean other than time worn stains on shower base. Bring shower sandals. "

"The concierge Cherie was awesome, friendly, helpful and made excellent recommendations. She was a highlight of our stay. The Boa restaurant was the absolute best dining experience of our lives. Seriously We celebrated our 50th anniversary there and could not have been more pleased!"

"Overall experience was terrible. My shower was flooding and so was the sink when we used it. They sent maintenance to Do a loud plumbing job at 11:30 pm at night while we were sleeping. The bathroom mirror was even dirty. Never again."

"Excellent property, staff is friendly and helpful! The best part is the pool with its lazy river. We could spend there all day and not get bored. The hotel is so huge, at times we would get lost. The location is excellent, although it was further away from all the activities we’ve planned. The shower was not the best, the pressure was really bad so it was hard to have a good quality shower. Otherwise, no complaints!"
