"I never thought I would leave such a review for the Luxor but it was less than a good stay. We stayed in the Red section, room 1079 and it was awful. Only one outlet worked to charge our phones, the tv was fuzzy so watching was impossible, sheets were clean with holes, no hot water in the sink until the day we left, no refrigerator when the furniture showed there should have been one, our view was the pool but out the window we saw only the pipes which was horrible, we got there and the riim...

The up grade room we paid extra for was not in very good shape and definitely didn’t feel upgraded. The Nathan’s Famous hot dogs was poor food, if the hot dog and small fries I ordered made Nathan famous Then famous is not a quality you want. There was no one in line and it took 10 minutes to get the worst hot dog I have ever had..On top that...

"This is a stunning hotel. First time there and loved our rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were always just a text away and very helpful. So many choices on restaurants and stores that you don't even have to leave the hotel!"

"After our flight got cancelled, we arrived the next morning, they held our room and even upgraded us to a mini suite. The staff was top notch, the room was fantastic. Had a great view, even the regular rooms are very nice. Very clean, attention to details and just wonderful people to deal with. Would recommend Planet Hollywood to anyone. "

When checking out told another woman about the rude comment how it really bothered me, she was caring and understanding I had also talked to a supervisor who was helpful in resolving the situation.
