"It was a good stay, comfy beds, good curtains that block out the light. The facilities are good but was a bit disappointing that the steam room/ sauna was not open. The bar and the restaurant were very reasonable priced and the tram stop is on the doorstep. Overall a good stay. "

The reception team are truly next level welcoming, friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. They go out of their way to make you feel valued and cared for and nothing is ever too much trouble. Every interaction felt genuine and warm and the level of professionalism across the entire hotel is exceptional. It honestly could not be a better experience. The service alone makes Atlantis Hotel stand out as one of the best places I have ever stayed.
