"Our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by a very unpleasant check-in experience. The front desk lady who checked us in never smiled once and appeared unhappy and unfriendly throughout the entire interaction. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that her attitude seemed noticeably different when serving other Western guests. She was warm and welcoming to them, but cold and dismissive toward us as Asian guests. In addition, several reasonable requests were immediately rejected....

"Started off a bit average with the reception trying to charge us again for our room, then giving us another clients room keys, the stay got better after the initial check in greeting."

"This accomodation is located very close to all ammenities. Easy to get to, walking distance to central area, and beach . Tram station next door. Spacious rooms which appear to be in the stages of refurbishment and upgrades. The Thai restaurant with the building is absolutely next level. Lovely pool area too."
