"Room was lovely and spacious, very comfortable bed.
I found that the staff on the front desk ignored me a couple of times when I wanted to ask something, they were not with other customers at the time. They were talking to each other, I waited a while and then gave up. Unfortunately when we stayed there was lots of building work going on and it was very noisy and not very relaxing. I felt that there should be a discount on the price of the room because of this or maybe a complimentary...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay, with our 2 young children.
Apartment was larger then excepted, with a full kitchen, dinning room, lounge and laundry. Apartment is in need of some minor repairs and feels dated and needing of a revamp.
Pool over looking the golf was great
Free onsite undercover parking included in our booking was a bonus
If we are staying in the area again we would look to book here again

"It felt like a bog standard holiday rental rather than an ‘exclusive boutique retreat’ - sadly, the worst place we stayed on our 3.5 week holiday in Australia. Firstly, starting with the positives, the properly is spacious, the location is good and the view of the beach is lovely. "Room and location of the hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the welcome was somewhat uninviting, with a list of things not to do. Threats of steep charges if you lost your plastic room key and additional charges if you wanted pool towels lowered the experience. "
