"Amazing location especially for the time we were there. Right by the Opera House, walkable to many sights, and we happened to be there for two different festivals where we had excellent food from the fair stalls for a couple of the meals. Right next to a train station too. Would stay here again when next in Sydney though there are lots of cool hotels in this area. This is one of two major wharf areas so several of our activities were in the other wharf area Darling Harbor. Would consider staying...

"Comfortable bed. Requested extra blanket which arrived within minutes. Super clean room/ bathroom. Liked the knock on the door from cleaning supervisor who was randomly asking questions on the service we received/ were we happy with cleanliness etc. "

"I had a great two day stay. I received a corner balcony room so it was nice Anne quiet . Bed was comfy, my only minor complaint is that it wouldn’t get as cold as I like (I prefer to sleep in an ice box). Room was clean and had a mini fridge, the free breakfast was amazing and the restaurant also had a nice happy hour. Close to transport both bus and train. I would stay here again. "

"Location was good and the service was excellent. Cleanliness needs improvement. There’s some hair in the bathroom and some small cobwebs. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay."

"We stayed several 1night stay during our 3 weeks in Australia. It was very convenient for catching our next flight to different destinations. It’s walking distance from the Domestic terminal and since my daughter is a power wheelchair user, it made our otherwise complex planning for accessible transportation much simpler and cheaper"

"Rooms are very nice!! King bed, very clean. If you want to play your own movies on the TV, it has a USB input. Pool & Spa is open from 6am-9pm, it is part of Fitness First which is in the basement, FREE as a guest of the hotel. The glasserie restaurant is not very good, better to go outside to other 5star restaurants. Buffet breakfast is very good. Overall worth a stay."

"I just wanted to raise a concern regarding the night light when using the bathroom. I noticed that it doesn’t come on straight away when I enter the area, and it also switches off before I’ve returned to bed. This makes it a bit difficult to move around safely in the dark. Would it be possible to have it checked or adjusted so that: It activates more promptly, and Stays on a bit longer to allow safe return to bed? Thank you for your help."
