"The Lady at the desk was so awesome and really did what she could to help accommodate our needs which I really appreciated. The rooms were spotless and the block out blinds are awesome! "Great location and easy access to everything near Circular Quay. 200 meters from Wynyard station. We were a little disappointed that the stock pictures used on Expedia made the apartment look better than it was. The apartment we stayed in was roomy and adequate, but could definitely use some updating. The bathrooms, kitchen, and carpet need some refreshing, but everything worked so it was not a huge issue."

"The attention to detail at the W Hotel is outstanding. The check in staff are very friendly and welcoming, when you call for assistance in your room they are quick to respond and very efficient. The bathroom amenities in particular he cleansing face cream were greatly appreciated. Breakfast was delicious too, We will be back!"
