"Great staff, clean room, casino"

"Rooms are old with poor quality furnishing, cleaning is poor . In my room there were bad carpet stains and curtains that were hanging of their rail. Overall the room was in poor condition there was also a lot of plumbing noise that made it difficult to sleep."

"The Quest Savoy was perfect for us, being within easy walking distance to the RHH was important. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was serviced beautifully. The reception staff were professional, competent and friendly. The only down side was off site parking, however it was only a short walk to a carpark. Payment and registration was arranged by the Quest Savoy staff ."

"Clean and well equipped (standard) cabin. A bit cramped for a family of 4 but fine for two nights. Heating excellent. Walking distance ~400m to visitor centre and shuttles to craddle mountain. "

"The room was claustrophobic. The bathroom was smaller than a caravan toilet and shower. The carpet was stained. You could not be use the microwave in fear it would set off the fire alarm, although their was a queen and single bed the room only comfortably would suit a single traveller."

"Don’t stay at this hotel on a Friday night if you like sleep. We stayed for 2 nights to finish off our trip to Tasmania before flying home but the hotel is next to/on top of a night club that had live music Friday night that we could hear even in our room on level 8 and less loud music Saturday night. I was going to request to move rooms but read similar reviews where people were moved to the other side of the hotel and it was just as bad so didn’t bother. Check in was quick but dropping...

"Overall the stay was good. The building and rooms are old but clean. The air conditioner was reverse cycle which was excellent in one room but did not really warm the main bedroom- we had to leave the door open. The fridge was noisy. The hot water was great and lots of water pressure. Location was very central and an easy drive to places. "

"We only stayed one night but Lennas was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants at Salamanca and cafes at Battery Point. Wonderful staff at check in and very comfortable room. Highly recommend"
