"元祖「オーベルジュ」の名の通り、とにかくお食事が美味しかったです。美味しいばかりではなくお料理の見た目も美しかったです。
夕食は２０：１５から23時くらいまでゆっくり堪能しました。ささっと食事というより、ゆっくり楽しみたいと思っていたのでとても良かったです。
お部屋にはTVはないですが、芦ノ湖が窓から見えて鳥の声が聞こえて豊かな自然を満喫できました。
温泉施設が宿泊棟と別なので、外を歩いていくのが少々不便とおもいました。夜、暗めの段差があるところを歩くのは危ないし雨天時は億劫になると思いました。
それからトイレにウオッシュレットがあれば、もっとよいと思ます。
スタッフの皆さんは、みなお若いのに礼儀正しく素敵な笑顔で接して頂けたので、気持ちよく滞在させていただきました。
お食事のサーブの時の説明にスタッフ差があり、とてもわかりやすく説明してくださる方と小さな声の早口で専門用語で説明する方もいらっしゃったのがちょっと残念でした。
また利用させていただきたいと思います。"

"I spent one day and one night at this gorgeous place for my trip in Hakone, the stuff were friendly and helpful, they explained every details to me patiently and guid me to my room upon arrival, the room was spacious with a private pool at balcony facing the mountain, it was a shame that I didn’t reserve my dinner but the breakfast was delicious as I was served with traditional Japanese food, it’s a wonderful stay and I am looking forward to coming back. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the traditional guest house. The amenities could do with an update (shower) as well as proper towels - not tiny microfibre towels. "

"We had the loveliest Japanese style breakfast, the grounds are gorgeous, and the hotel is so majestic. We used the Ibsen and sauna as well. Awesome! We will definitely will come back."

"Room is good, but the shower room is on the ground floor same place with the hot spring, the bus stop is nearby to the train station, however there is no supermarket or restaurant nearby, you have to take the bus to get there, hotel is quite far from the train station that the bus fare is not cheap "

"This is an elegant and family oriented place. Everyone is so professional and attentive. The vibe is kind and relaxed. The food is delicious and the amenities are incredible. This Ryokan is beautiful. I suggest you get the big room with its own Onsen. It’s totally worth it. And if you have tattoos they are totally fine with it. Excellent experience. "
