"Amazing dinner in the hotel restaurant. The Wagyu beef was melt in your mouth fantastic. Great wine. The private onsen was perfect and so relaxing at the end of the night. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. Wish I had booked two nights. My only complaint is the coffee in the room is more espresso style and I love a big hearty cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee in the lobby which is a bummer. We didn’t add breakfast just because we don’t usually do breakfast. Great hotel, would definitely stay here again. "

"This was one of our favourite stays in Japan. The staff were super accommodating to me and my dietary restrictions which I appreciated so much! One person in our party left something behind and the hotel staff we super nice and helpful to send the item to them at our next hotel. We will make sure to stay here again our next time in Japan."

"The family room we had was perfect for the 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 school age children). Very spacious. Loved the private hot tub. Loved the dinner buffet. And how can you not love the view. Highly recommend. "

"The location is good, close to the funicular station. Staff is very polite and helpful. The room was clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sleeping on futons on tatami floor was fun and no problem. And wearing Yukata feels special and Japanese."

"We booked one of the condo units and loved it. Very spacious. Sleeping room for 4 people without feeling crowded. Convenient espresso machine in the building hallway and the hotel had a social gathering every evening in the hotel lounge/library with free snacks. We booked with breakfast included and the buffet style offerings were fantastic, with numerous options, both Japanese and Western. The hotel was a short walk from Gora train station, which was super convenient. The on-site onzen was also great. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
