"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at Kings Inn. The cleanliness of the room was appalling and fell far below any reasonable standard. The floors were filthy, the phones were covered in grime, and while the restrooms appeared superficially cleaned, every detail showed neglect. For over $400 for two nights, I expected far better. Worse, when we addressed these concerns with the supervisor, Ryan, he was condescending and dismissive. He simply said, “There’s nothing I can do right now.” I will...

"The room I was assigned had a dirty bathroom. The shower and toilet seat area had hair. I repacked my things and went downstairs to ask for another room. The second room was better for my short wknd stay. The fire pit area was a nice place to enjoy my drink and conversations with others staying. The walk in the morning to Starbucks is short and easy and the free breakfast and coffee in the morning was convenient. It was great staying here, would stay again."
