"Todo muy bien solo un día que despertamos tarde (9:00am) llegaron de housekeeping a hacer el aseo y pedí que regresaran más tarde pues todavía tardaríamos en salir, no me contestó y se fue y cuando volvimos en la noche el cuarto estaba sin haberse tendido camas ni lavado baño. Llevamos unas bebidas del bar el primer día y los vasos duraron ahí toda nuestra estancia "

"Bed was low making it hard for my husband to get out of it. Also the VIP amenity wasn’t mentioned to me, I thought it was for 2 drinks, so we went to the bar and the guy said we needed a voucher. Went to front desk and they said the drinks were from the cooler. Needs to be more specific in the offer."

"We checked in early without an up charge. Front desk was welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and good size. Bathroom clean with plenty of towels. I would stay there again."
