"Room is dated and you can hear everything around and above you. All the facilities other than the pool are pretty worn down and dated. Ice machine areas are falling apart due to water damage. Our first night, they also had to shut off the water for the building and water was not usable for the night. "

"Looked better in the photos than it actually was. Staff was great and helpful, no issues there. The main complaint was usability of the room itself: Fridge had no freezer, lamp was broken, desk/lamp was very odd (a raisable desk), mirror in bathroom was strange as well. It's like they spent the money in the wrong areas, trying to be high-tech/gadgety for some reason. Remote for smart TV was not supplied, so we had to go to front desk to get it in order to watch Prime/Netflix. No microwave...
