"We stayed in a lot of uncomfortable hotels lately but this hotel has been one of the best experiences. Room is very clean and provides everything you need and staffing is very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay here again my next visit to San Diego. "
"This is a great hotel but it's a bit odd, from the gate that reminded my wife of a prison gate, to the elevator you didn't know if it would get you to your floor to the fact that we never did find an ice machine on the property. It's just odd but the rooms are spacious and clean and the pool is great. And it's all about location and this hotel is in a great location. Staff was great at every turn. No complaints but it's an odd property for sure."
"We had a wonderful stay. The outside of the buildings are ready for some updating but inside the room was clean and comfortable. 3rd floor still had carpets but you could tell they are cleaned regularly. The owners are doing a nice job with the upgrades. The family enjoyed our San Diego stay and the room made it all that much better. There’s an attached restaurant that is not the same prices as the menu you are given when you check into your room!! The food from the menu comes from a different source independent from the restaurant. Restaurant was clean and had reasonable prices. The hotel is next to I-8 in the hotel circle. It’s only noisy outside but in our room it is not noisy."
