"The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was large. The history of the building was interesting. My favorite was the coffee and tea in the secret garden on the second floor. A great experience so much better than the corporate hotel chains. This property had character. "

"Definitely would book again. Location is very nice. And pretty much ideal to walk around in the area. From Gaslamp to Balboa Theater. Rooms was clean view was great and customer service was excellent. Thanks again"
