"Have not been to this resort in about 15 years. Looks like they poured in millions to update it and added new rooms and a parking structure along with a couple of nice restaurants on site and a pool slide. Good value for a family visit to San Diego. This time I was on a golfing trip with friends and the bars on site made for a great place to chill after a long day of golf."

"The property was clean though its an older hotel. It would be better if there’s a microwave inside the room especially when guest have kids. The microwave is available on the hotel lobby and it’s kinda far if your room is not on the same main building. I think there’s 3 separate hotel buildings. Better if they provide each building with microwaves."

"Room was clean. Shower pressure is low, more like a trickle. Be aware that parking is $30 per day. Breakfast may or not be included."

"I love staying at the Hilton this is my first time staying here .I love it ill be back soon specially customer service Diego she was great helping me with my needs .my fight came early i was tired just wanted to rest and let me check in early I got to shower rest and attend my meeting. "Sadly the fountain in the courtyard was empty and no maintenance was being done in it. The elevator was covered in spiderwebs other than that the room was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable."

"Room wasn’t clean and you can tell there was hair by the tv right out in the open wondering how they missed that gum was under the couch and lots of dust and hair behind the chair I don’t know if they rushed but it wasn’t clean right..also house keeping walked in the room two times they knocked one time then just rushed inside didn’t give us no time to go open it we didn’t make a big deal but still not cool"

"The shower leaked. I told the front desk about it but they didn’t seem that concerned, so we had to deal with water all over the floor when we showered. Housekeeping staff took the extra pillows we requested so we had to ask for them, and wait for them, a second time."

"The room was fairly clean, although it smelled like mildew in there. I took pictures and reported a dead decaying mouse next to the pool, which the staff really didn’t seem to care about. The pool itself was green cloudy and the bottom of it was covered with slime. We literally had to go next-door to the Kings Inn. When I emailed the manager about it. He was rude and unhelpful. I highly recommend staying at the best Western in Escondido, that one is amazing… This one not so much."

"Best deal and well worth the price. Staff was friendly and available 24 hours a day. Food open till 2 am right next door. Able to walk around and explore"
