Hotels near Fashion Valley Mall

"It was a typical hotel stay, my only real issue was the “cat pee “ smell from the carpet. Thankful that they allow pets, but the cleaning could be a bit more. (And the water got cut off (at 10am) and we couldn’t take a shower that was wild!"

"Pool was super clean. Diner was behind the lobby so super convenient and good food. Room was clean, mostly new furniture, AC worked but didn’t make it fully into the room. It was quiet, staff was helpful. $15 for parking was - a bit much- since it isn’t covered parking and you are no where near anything within walking distance so…. Not sure why the cost."

"Stay was overall good. Hotel is under renovations so parking is super limited and the hallways are super chaotic. Our room was clean and comfortable which is always great. Breakfast was decent, very crowded as the hotel was full but overall not bad. Lots of teens so it was loud all hours of the day and night which I didn’t love. Would stay again though."

"I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in the room. The bed was comfortable. However the parking was challenging if you returned to the property after 9pm. It was noisy at night and i could hear the people walking back and forth in the room above me as well as them showering and running water."

"In advance I asked for a bottom floor room for my mom is handicapped. We got top floor and had to walk all the way around the building to get to our room for there was caution tape and construction. Her walker barely fit going thru the railings. Things weren't working properly in our room. But the woman at the front desk was so professional and kind when dealing with another visitor who became agitated and said racist comments. I personally said something to the other visitor about his horrible comments. She handled it so well. I personally would have banned him from the property. I apologized to her on his behalf. With all that said unfortunately due to my mother's health conditions we will not be returning to this super 8. "

"We were able to check in before 4 and were given our warm cookies. Quality of the food and the service in the restaurant was less than desirable. The gate to the parking ramp was in a bad spot, with people pulled to the side checking which blocked the path to the parking ramp. On several occasions the key card didn’t work and needed to go in 3 separate times for them to replace it."
