"Loved the free shuttle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Served the purpose of an overnight before a cruise. Bed was HARD so woke up with aches. Would have been fine when I was younger but just something to note for those of you over 50."

Every staff member we encountered, except the gentleman outside at the bar, was very rude. We had to switch rooms at 1am after being locked out of the room multiple times that day. Instead of the girl at the front desk calling the manager or maintenance to get the door to work, she called 911 and had the fire department come to break down the door. "Booked this hotel because it was close to the Orlando airport since I I had an overnight layover. Upon walking in, the hotel has a weird smell to it. Almost a moldy or old smell. This smell permeates the entire building. I am used to seeing dirty, questionable couches and chairs in the guest rooms but to have this right in the lobby across from the check in desk should have been the first red flag. The couches in the lobby were so dirty and stained that I was afraid to even sit on them. This...

"This property is convenient to UCF. The rooms are clean and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast bar was decent enough with the usual fare; waffles, eggs , sausage, cereal, fruit. Would definitely stay here again."
