"I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, polite, friendly, very welcoming. We settled in immediately. The hotel was immaculate, being quietly and unobtrusively, cleaned and plumped throughout the day. Breakfasts were lovely with plenty of choice for all nationalities with different tastes. The location was great, a short walk to the main sights without being located in the middle of all the crowds. Other guests we spoke to were also thrilled with their stay. "

"We were fortunate to have the room with a balcony at this hotel and loved it! When we needed time to decompress from exploring in the afternoons / evening we could go out on the balcony and watch the gondola's go by as the canal on their route was directly below. "

"An old fashioned hotel with spectacular staff. The room was a good size for the location and it was very central. There was an issue with the A/C that they tried to fix with no success during my two night stay. But they certainly tried! The room was quiet, the breakfast was good and again, I can’t say enough about the staff. The hotel was clean but there were stains on the wallpaper and curtains so I did not give a 5 star. "

"Got the triple room - very nice includes a real queen size bed and a day bed. The day bed is firm but the queen bed has a nice mattress. Bathroom was nice and big. It was in a great location 8 min walk to the san Marco square - and Great launching point for activities. Breakfast was killer - really enjoyed it!"
