"We had a room for 3 which was fairly spacious and comfortable. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Not much around the hotel but only short walk to the water bus which takes about 30mins to St Marks Sq or Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - well stocked but perhaps not as nice as the hotels we usually stay in. Parked car which was convenient although certainly not cheap. Okay for a short stay."

"It was an okay hotel for one night before our flight home the next day. Rough around the edges and a strange odor in the room. Also, at 3 am the lights kept coming on and off (along with AC) even though we had the keycard in the slot as you need to. Luckily we had to be up at 4 am anyway for our flight otherwise we would have gotten no sleep. The one good thing about the hotel was the shuttle services to and from the airport"

"Not sure where you start, not sure where it got the third star from. I got bit by bed bugs, so mattress need to be changed, no fire alarm and one plug socket which was the TV one we used, lucky we had an extension lead. No fire exits and if on 4th floor then you need to take the lift to 2nd floor and walk the rest of the way, shower and bathroom were in good order, the location is perfect as it’s a simple walk from the river so getting in late at night easy way to navigate. A good hotel for a strong solo or mates, this isn’t romantic at all, and solo travellers be careful as the main door was always open so for safety and security I would be mindful. A positive also is breakfast was free and no issues, but the bed bugs 😭😭."

"Just to be extra clear, this is an old fashioned pensione. There is no TV, no mini fridge, no ice machine, and no elevator.If you can't deal with that, seek elsewhere. The room was big enough, the bathroom was spacious, and the AC worked, which was fortunate because we had a late May heatwave during our visit. The staff is very helpful. If you arrive early, or checkout time is well before the train or plane, you can leave your suitcases in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is really good. Real plates and utensils. Good variety and suitable choices if you are vegetarian like I am."
