"The place was spotless, well equipment and very comfortable. Location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My mum had difficulties to go all the way up the stairs to the second floor where our apartment was located and they changed us to the first floor as soon as they could."

"a hidden gem. so close and easy walk to and from the train station. i appreciated the host accommodating our late check in due to airport stopping. laura and mossimo were extremely nice! my kids loved it as well. we had the bottom floor room and we did hear all the walking/talking/suitcase rolling BUT didn’t bother us since we were so tired from traveling. venice is walkable! so even with a family of 4 we walked!"

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "
