"The property is gorgeous and the staff are extremely helpful. They arranged a water taxi that brought us directly to the property and were very responsive to our queries. The apartment itself was gorgeous, my only comment is that the stairs in our unit led to a small balcony and we thought that the unit had an actual upstairs level. Not sure if we misread or what but just be aware that although stairs are pictured, the unit is actually a single level. Still very, very nice!"

"We were very surprised by the size of our room. We were put in a room feet away from the kitchen area where they prep for the breakfast. "We were given the worst room full of mosquitoes when we checked in late night that too with kids! The night front desk staff was very rude and didn’t change the room! After long travel we couldn’t sleep and we had mosquito bites! Gave two stars only because the lady next morning was very helpful and gave us a much better room so we could relax, thanks to her!"
