"Lovely, quaint hotel on one of the small canals. The room worked great for my 4-person family and is within eye shot of the main Piazza where all the buses come in so was easy to get to. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal and though it was a separate cost at 15 euro per person, it was well worth it. Everything is really close in Venice so really anywhere on St Lucia is convenient for shopping and sightseeing. "This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"Property is very convenient, clean and safe. The family apartment has a small kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, and sink. I would say it fits 4 people (one double bed and one expandable sofa). Reception is open only during certain hours so make sure you check that if you need to speak with someone. You will need cash for the city tax paid at the property. There are ways to check in/out contacless. Room looks like the pictures and the building is vintage (and authentic for the city)....
