"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly- top rated. The breakfast was decent/ok by Spain standards, and the room was very clean. This is an extremely large hotel, and the signage is not great, which made navigating somewhat difficult- especially finding the fitness center and my room. Once found, said fitness center was disappointing. All but 1 treadmill was out of service, and the elliptical machines were very low-end. The weight area was serviceable. Overall, it is a good place to stay...

"Alba, the manager, was helpful in trying to deal with Expedia to help me obtain a refund for cancellation of 1 nite - Ill have to see still what the result is! (I cancelled several weeks ahead of my stay but Expedia, nor the property responded.). The entrance to the property was very modern & clean, but the room could have been cleaner. No clean coffee cups provided the second day. Would have liked small wash cloths too. Great location for mall & the .park! Staff helpful!"

"Stayed on the 8th floor. We arrived and the entire floor smelled like fried food. When the reception was contacted the answer was that “thats strange there is no restaurant on that floor, maybe its from the event on the 7th floor”. We couldn't even open windows as the smell would’ve come into the room. The outdoor area outside the entrance of the hotel smells like an ashtray through the day as this is the smoking area. We had booked the superior room as we have 2 young children. It was an odd...
