"The pool was closed and is not on the premises it’s next door, there was a wad of hair in my shower, and staff was not helpful. Location is quiet and convenient if you need to be near the airport or are in town on business."

"The restaurant is under staffed so quite slow. Food was average. Plan for slow service. (Buffet breakfast was fine) Do not expect to use the airport shuttle unless you reserve several days ahead of time. Upon arrival we waited 45 minutes for a pick up then took a taxi. Upon arrival, we tried to schedule tue shuttle back and it was fully booked until early afternoon the following day so we took an Uber back to the airport."

"A highly convenient hotel for our one night stay before taking high speed train to Northern Spain. The main rail station is undergoing extensive renovations but the hotel is operating as usual. We ate at the restaurant with both menu of the day or normal menu available. Service was quick and food was nice too. Breakfast served in same area the next day and plenty of food choice to cater for differing tastes. Hotel room was comfortable and clean."
