"Got to admit I was a bit dubious upon booking the room as it is a university campus but after reading the reviews felt better about it. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful, especially when we had no towels in the room, they made sure the towels were in the room ready upon our return. The room is basic but clean and presentable, somewhere to put your head down and shower. It’s also as the reviews say very easy to get to and from Wembley stadium."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"We usually always stay in a hotel when down at Wembley but we thought we would try an apartment this time. We will never go back to hotel rooms! This place was amazing and the family all loved it. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again next time we are down. We couldn’t ask for any more."

"We have some good and not so good. The staff at the front desk, security, and location near Wembley was amazing. Now for the not so good. When renting a short term rental what I want most is a clean comfortable stay. It was cleaned but not well. I never felt the ick but there weren't plenty of little signs the cleaning was quick and lacked the thoroughness that you would get at a mid-tier hotel.
