"Nice spot for a stay in London south of the river "

"Excellent, the waiting/reception area is full of people making the place feel vibrant and the mattress, linens, and pillows were all clean. I gave it 4/5 stars because some of the bathrooms were pretty dirty. People would leave trash out of the bins and or leave clothes around without picking up after themselves. Perhaps not a reflection of the staff themselves, but I wish something could’ve been done there. Otherwise the reception/hosts were incredibly receiving and very friendly. "

"This property is a wonderful find. Location to the hospital was our original reason for choosing but with the Thames and Tower Bridge literally around the corner, it’s ideal for visitors for every reason Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Room and facilities exceptional "

"I really liked this hotel and will stay again. Great location, quiet but very near Tower Bridge and London Bridge. Fantastic customer service at the front desk and on the phone. Great room with lovely large desk. Well functioning air conditioning. "

"Fantastic location for quickly getting into central London. Great bars and cafes nearby and walking distances to St Paul’s, Tate Gallery, The Globe, Shard and Borough Market to name a few. The hotel and staff was excellent and fantastic friendly service even at 11pm at night for a delicious homemade pizza.. Well done CitizenM we will book again for sure "
