"The only good thing was the breakfast and location. Great buffet and service for breakfast, horrible front desk and unavailable bell hop service. Rude receptionist when calling front desk. Hidden occupancy fees of $22 per person including kids. Location was great right by the wharf and very walkable."

"The room was huge! We were very pleasantly surprised by the arrangement of everything in the room. It was nice to have a bedroom suite it made it feel so much more cozy than most hotel rooms. Also loved that all their soap is liquid and in a communal bottle, especially hand soap. There was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet which is very nice. Unfortunately we weren’t in the room long enough to utilize the shower or the free breakfast. We caught a Lyft to get to our concert and this...
