"Everything went well -only notes that made me not do 5 stars were: no blow dryer in room, only 1 soap in bathroom (should be 2 for sink & shower), and shower curtain allowed floor to get soaked. Minor things but could be improvements."

"Upon checking in, we went into our room and it was upgraded according to staff due to accommodate the city views. I paid for a king sized bed and that’s all that mattered to me personally, I did not care about the view. When walking in, the bed was stated to be a queen sized but it did look smaller than a queen. Luckily, the staff was able to find another room that had a king sized bed at the time, but I never received any notification that my room was upgraded or adjusted. The tv remote did not...
