"We stayed 3 nights at WBH to attend a nearby wedding and were pleasantly surprised by the level of friendly service and the well-designed rooms. The location has a good blend of being reasonably close to things but also a relaxed area to do some walks and enjoy some good scenery. Would gladly stay again."

"What an oasis in the city - so easy to get to from international airport with the hotel over the Wynyard train station. The rooms are so well designed that the small scale felt just right - everything in its place and nothing that we wanted for. "Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
