Top Austrias Hotel Reviews

Hotel Riu Plaza España

8/10 Good

"Good location. Amazing rooftop bar. Food selection at bar a bit limited. Room was comfortable"

Pestana Collection Plaza Mayor

10/10 Excellent

"The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our short stay wonderful. The welcome mimosa to the surprise delivered snack to our room with wine. Our room was not ready when we arruved, when we came back later to get our keys we found they had already brought our kuggage to the room. Beautiful room with amazing views. The beautifully designed pool and sauna was relaxing Location is ideal. Our room was on the plaza and when you closed the doors the sound completely disappeared. They even arranged a car in advanced to bring us to the airport. My husband look forward to our next stay when we return to Madrid."

Latroupe Prado

10/10 Excellent

"The room was clean and comfortable (can use some furniture, at least an extra night table); the staff at the front desk was helpful. A breakfast buffet was available at a decent price. The only bad note was the constant noise made by other guests slamming doors and talking loud until the early morning, if the staff can pay attention to that and try to keep it quiet during some of the sleeping hours it will be a fully pleasant stay."

The Social Hub Madrid 4 star

8/10 Good

"Issues in the building with sewage smell. Specifically on the 9th floor. I would confirm with the management about if these issues have been rectified. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately I believe the upper management disregarded this issue that was a known issue and still booked rooms. I had to move rooms 3 times. Other than that, the location and the staff were great. Breakfast was above average. I chose it since my son was staying there for a semester abroad."
