"We booked an excellency room to enjoy a private onsen. The room was wonderful with 2 beds and tatami mats for the kids. The couch that looks out over the bay is a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge, dinner in the restaurant, and also the breakfast buffet. Staff were wonderful. The private onsen was very relaxing too. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel."

"It has a quality 4-star feel. We did the 40-minute private onsen and had one in our room. The buffet, including all you can drink, had a good variety of Japanese and Western options. Itโ€™s close to the pirate ship and ropeway if interested. Otherwise, itโ€™s remote, but that was important to us. Weโ€™ll be back."
