"All is good except we don’t know they have the shuttle bus and not really clear to to know that beforehand that is hard to reach the hotel"

"Fabulous room overlooking Mount Fuji. Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff very helpful suggesting the best ways to get around. Amenities were great and good choice of restaurants with a very good buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. Highly recommend a stay here "

"Incredible view"

"We stayed only for one night but we had a wonderful and peaceful experience. The first day was a bit cloudy and we were not able to see the Mt. Fuji but the next morning we got a very privileged view of the mountain cloud free just from our room rest area. The food was amazing. The staff very kind and the onsen experience very unique. I highly recommend this place if you want to get a truly japanese atmosphere."

"Staff was amazing and so helpful. Our room was clean and the meals were excellent. The location is also excellent - perfect for boarding the pirate sightseeing cruise and the bus stop is across the street. Quiet and lovely!"

The weather was nice when we were there, but a bit windy on the second day. The quality of the food was great as well. I have no complaints and would love to stay here again someday! "
