"Great traditional hotel, amazing garden"
If you want to experience Tokyo the traditional way, this is the hotel for you. The rooms use old style furniture and everything in the hotel from the lobby, spa and pool areas, ballrooms, and others are filled with luxury. The greatest part is the garden an amazing oasis at the heart of Tokyo.

"Close to Ginza and Hibiya park, very central."
Room was at the end of the corridor next to train tracks; a bit grim and dated but perfectly clean and habitable. Hotel is massive; 900 rooms with 20 restaurants which is too big for my liking as it was always crowded.. felt like an airport at times! Breakfast buffet closed at 930am, a bit early by most hotel standards.

"Exceeds expectations!"
I thought the staff and room accommodations were outstanding. I had everything I needed considering I was using a wheelchair, and they fulfilled all accessibility needs. When I had to return my wheelchair they provided one for me up to the point of departing in our taxi. Everyone was so helpful regarding suggestions for dining and places to go. The rooms are spacious, contemporary, and extremely gadgety! You can control everything through the provided ipad. I loved the beautiful washroom especially the shower. I highly recommend this hotel for overall excellent service, comfort, contemporary design both in aesthetics and utilities. I intend to stay here when we return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
