Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills - a concept by Hyatt

1-23-4 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo - Map
"Great service, great room, great location."
The level of service was exceptional with all staff very fluent in English so that was extremely helpful in getting information of what to do and where to go. The room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were well-appointed in every regard. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the Tokyo train station and the metro is right across the street so access to everywhere is excellent. As the hotel facilities begin at the 51st floor, the views of the city are amazing. We will definitely return to the Andaz on future trips to Tokyo.

Mandarin Oriental Tokyo

"Great Views of Tokyo"
The Mandarine Oriental is a fantastic hotel. Period. You can not go wrong staying here. Where they truly excel is their rooms and personal touches they add to the rooms. Our room was large with a beautiful bathroom. The windows overlooking Tokyo run from ceiling to floor for a simply exquisite view. Two special treats were left in our room upon our arrival which was luxurious, but what really made it special is that they came into our room while we were gone and updated the treats with a third for our son. The new treat was child specific and made him feel so special. A very nice touch. The next night, we found 3 slices of cake for us to enjoy with our night cap. This is all on top of turn down service with candies left on our bedside. These special touches are what make the Mandarine Oriental special.

"Above and Beyond"
We stayed at the Ritz for two nights for our elopement in Tokyo. Not only did the staff translate necessary documents for our confirmation at City Hall, they were also our signed witnesses for getting married abroad. They also kept finding new ways to congratulate us with surprise gifts and experiences. We've never felt so well taken care of, and truly feel like the staff went above and beyond out of a genuine desire for us to have a special day. Thank you!
