"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall.
We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo.
What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive....

"Outstanding hotel with superb staff. Facilities were outstanding. Room was exceptional. Staff very helpful, went out of thier way to ensure satisfaction. Location near embassies is quiet so finding restaurants nearby takes a little work."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cerulean. Highly recommend! Kind and attentive staff, lovely room (we had a corner room) which felt spacious for the three of us. Filling and delicious breakfast. Close to the Shibuya station and the Shibuya crossing, yet felt like a tranquil retreat away from the business."
