"The hotel is located in a bustling area of Tokyo, with many shops, restaurants and CROWDS! Easy 30 minute walk to the shrine. The room was incredibly small but comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of 3 items at the restaurant with very small portions and no refills on coffee. There was a toaster for self serve extra toast, but no bread from which to make it. It's definitely a place for more budget minded travelers but over fine for a couple of nights."

"The room was very clean, and the staff were all so helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing as were the private bath areas. The gym was equipped with treadmills, ellipticals a rowing machine and a few light free weights and stability balls. The hotel is located in a beautiful quieter area of Shibuya but a very close walk to a few train stations and the heart of Shibuya crossing. Will definitely stay here again"

We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"I had an amazing stay here. I stayed here for 5 nights, following another separate night after my 3D trip to Kamikochi.
The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. They allowed to me keep my luggage in between my two separate stays. There are washer and dryer available, amenities for use. There are breads and hot coffee/tea in the morning for guests as well.
The rooms are clean and the usual size like those in Japan but sufficient enough for me. Its a short walk to the train...
