"Great location! Close to the subway, shops, restaurants. Our hotel room was quite spacious with plenty of amenities. It did not have a microwave in the room but there was one on the 9th floor and another floor. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only negative is that it was very crowded due to it being at the Shibuya Crossing, first few days were great but after it was chaos. That is just me, nothing against the hotel."

"I love that it is so quiet! You would think it would be noisy since it’s not actual rooms with walls separating the guests but it was so quiet. Also staff was super sweet and helpful! My flight got delayed so they allowed me to check in the next day at 3 AM. I still had a reservation but check-in ends at midnight so the fact that they let me do that is amazing. Totally recommend!!"

"Although the room was a little small, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its excellent location just a short walk from Shibuya Station. The only downside was that the room had a strange smell, almost like cigarette smoke, even though I had specifically booked a non-smoking room. Other than that, everything was great! One thing to note is that you have to leave your room key at the reception whenever you go out, but this wasn’t an issue for me at all. The staff were...

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome

8/10 Baik
" The hotel is overall good being modern n clean looking with a touch of class. Location is ok with Shiodome odeo line being under the same roof nearby n the Ginza Asakusa line bit further away. The smaller rooms are tight but there are larger ones. It has everything u need with Japanese clinical efficiency. It felt a bit robotic. A negative would be their strict check out policy. I wanted to check out at 12pm instead of 11am..non nego 2k yen.. "Even if u stay 10 nights said the night officer in charge" .. that is rather cold."
