"Amazing staff, pool was amazing. We had the Mizu suite for 2 adults + 2 kids. It was a little small - living area is not physically separate from the bedroom, and the pull-out couch is a double (not a queen). Breakfast was superb, plus all the lounge amenities. Kids were treated well. Would definitely stay here again (but would try and get a bigger room for 4). Thank you!"

"Breakfast was pricy, but definitely recommend trying at least once the Slope Cafe. Be wary it is a short walk from the train station, but there is an incline that could be difficult to the elderly. Staff was very nice and helped us celebrate our anniversaries!"

"The most heavenly experience! Elegant and luxurious. We were in a king room, which was palatial, featuring lovely balconies overlooking the imperial gardens. The service was impeccable from magically instantaneous day cleaning to discrete turn-downs, including bottled water and chocolate. The all-day restaurant includes a tasteful and comfortable outdoor terrace that was cool and shady even in the intense Tokyo summer heat. "
