1. Hyatt Grand Central New York

Manhattan

"We stayed in the presidential suite 3405. Upgraded from the premier during check in. Room was awesome, was for a business trip for my watch company. Room was clean, large, and everything was as expected. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Checked our bags at check out as the event lasted until the evening. $4 a bag to check / I’m not complaining. We were treated with respect and everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. We will be back next year for sure!"

"The staff were helpful and friendly. Absolutely no issue there. This property is poorly maintained with no investment back into maintenance at all. Our room looked like someone had beaten every edge on all the furniture. Every piece had chips that could be easily disguised with touch up stain. Missing trim around the base of the radiators gave a good view of decades of grim. Loose floor tile in the middle of the bathroom that the door scraped on and was a trip hazard, no drain cover in the sink,...

"I booked this hotel based on the fact that it was supposed to be located within the airport terminal, as I had a morning connection. When I arrived I discovered that I had to take the elevator down to the parking garage, walk through it and then out on roads under construction to reach the hotel. So effectively it would have been cheaper and the same effort to catch a complimentary shuttle to one of the motels located outside the airport, as I still had to walk outside with my suitcase. The...

"⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience, Not Worth the Money! We stayed at this hotel near Times Square for two nights and spent almost $800, including taxes and food. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny, and the elevators were extremely small and slow. We often had to wait around 15 minutes just to get an elevator, which was very frustrating. For the amount of money we paid, we expected much better facilities, comfort, and...
