Room was adequate and clean and right next to times square. The location is the best part if you want to be right in it at the heart of Manhattan and all you need to use the room for is a place to sleep

The staff here was amazing with every interaction. The room is small and bed is mid but the location makes up for it. The lobby can get a little busy because of the restaurant attached which wasn’t ideal. Overall, would stay again and appreciate the staff!

The room was great!! It was a little drafty an it has some age, but we loved it. The front desk staff and janitorial staff were so friendly and helpful. The first night our TV didn’t work… in fact it didn’t work the whole trip. Hopefully they will do some sort of credit, but they did apologize and make a few calls to try to get it fixed or replaced.

Price was a bit hot for the quality of room. Worth every penny for the location. Beautiful lobby area. Italian lady checked us in and she was fabulous, warm and welcoming. She’s a keeper! Bellman was courteous aswell.
