"We were staying there for 3 nights. The hotel was terrible, closet were chipped everywhere, hardwarewas poor, shower cubicle floor was wet when we checked-in. No chair/table in the room. Room size is small too. Our room facing Hollywood Blvd, the noise level was unacceptable. "It's a nice small hotel room. The rooftop is to die for and really what made our stay truly worth it. The pool and lounge are perfect. The rooms are small and the AC does not go below 19°C which is not great when it's so hot out. Shout out to Ericka (server) who was amazing! I had an issue with my room and needed to be moved to a new one and was told the amenity fees etc would be removed and received vouchers for food at the restaurant.
