"Everything was great until we checked out. We had an early morning flight on 7/25. We left the hotel at 3:45am. We scheduled a hotel shuttle pickup to the airport the night before. The shuttle pulled out of the parking garage, drove right past us, and left us standing in front of the hotel. The driver told the front desk rep he’d be back in 20 minutes. We had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait so we had to order an Uber. At that time of the morning, the uber cost is surged, so it was $25 to go...

"Really nice hotel. Very clean. Beautiful ambience. Female at check in made us wait and no one was in line, didn't greet us to say "it'll be a moment" or "I'll be right with you" and then when we did get you counter - no apology for the wait. Her customer service didn't match the ambience of the hotel. And the bellhop came to room, expressed that he was tired, and when asked how much longer to end of shift - he said he just started 😳. I would've been fine to bring up my own luggage but was...
