Overall, the hotel is awesome!! Amazing location, lobby, restaurant and the rooms are spectacular. Close to almost all food spots and tourist famous spots!! Customer service was also extraordinary. Will love to stay here again if we ever plan to go back to NYC

Room was clean, staff were excellent and helpful. Our room was quite noisy with a random rattling sound as well as an occasional high pitched ringing. They were accommodating of storing our luggage until we were actually ready to depart on the day we were leaving since we had a late flight.

The Hotel was nice the room was very clean including the bed liner, we stay at Floor 28 and the only thing I did no like that much was that the room was right in front of the elevator and a lot of noise can be heard from there, besides that I recommend, the location is perfect , very close to time square , nice staff.

Room was very clean, the view was great, the exercise equipment worked. In-room coffee and tea were good. Shower was nice and hot. But the heater didn't really keep the room warm, the bedside lights were non-working. Iron worked great, the board, not so much. Location was good, near subway, Gristedes and attractions. This hotel combined with Residence Inn which takes up all the top floors of the city's tallest hotel. The two share food and exercise facilities. I didn't take the breakfa$t.

Room was slightly dated- in need of some updating. Small space but that was to be expected. Was noisy- could hear traffic outside and hallways noise (doors closing and people talking).
